Casey was an outstanding agent! My wife and I moved from Florida to California and rented a house until we could decide what to buy and where. Casey was extremely patient. We viewed over 100 houses over more than one year. We described to Casey what we wanted and went through so many houses. She counseled us greatly about neighborhoods and school districts, and was very supportive to wait until we found the house for us. We at one point found a good house, but then found mold. She was very supportive on our walking back away from that house and was not concerned about just selling us a house. She advised us to wait until we found a better house. We eventually found a great house and Casey worked very hard to get our offer accepted when there were multiple offers. She went to great lengths to protect our interests to close the deal. She was extremely professional in the closing details both financially and seller disclosures. We are demanding clients and she exceeding our expectations in every way. Casey has been so professional and helpful with the purchase of a house in the suburbs of LA even though we live in Pittsburgh. We were getting the house for my sister in law.
